Terms of use.
These terms govern access to AV BidSignal’s public listings, email alerts, trial, account features, and Professional subscription.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using AV BidSignal, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
What AV BidSignal provides
AV BidSignal finds selected public procurement notices, screens them for commercial audiovisual relevance, summarizes decision factors, and links to public source material. Professional features can include personalized matching, daily source updates, deadline monitoring, saved opportunities, and bid-review tools.
AV BidSignal is a discovery and decision-support service. It is not the procuring agency, an official bid portal, a law firm, an engineering firm, or a guarantee of eligibility, completeness, accuracy, submission, award, or revenue.
Source documents control
Public listings can change, contain errors, or omit important attachments. You are responsible for reviewing the original solicitation, amendments, questions and answers, site-visit rules, registration, licensing, bonding, insurance, technical specifications, contract terms, and submission instructions.
If an AV BidSignal summary conflicts with an official source, the official source controls.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully, deceptively, or to infringe another party’s rights.
- Interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code.
- Use automated access in a way that imposes an unreasonable load. The public RSS and calendar feeds may be used through normal feed-reader and calendar behavior.
- Resell, republish in bulk, or create a competing dataset from AV BidSignal’s proprietary summaries, scoring, or organization without written permission.
- Misrepresent AV BidSignal content as an official buyer communication or guaranteed procurement fact.
Trials, subscriptions, and billing
The Professional plan currently includes a 14-day trial and then renews at $149 per month unless canceled before renewal. The checkout page displays the controlling price, currency, tax, renewal, and payment terms before purchase.
Polar acts as merchant of record and administers payment processing, applicable tax, receipts, refunds, and subscription billing with its payment partners. You authorize the charges shown at checkout and any recurring charges you accept there.
You may cancel through the billing controls provided with your subscription. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal, while access continues through the paid period unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise. Refund and billing-dispute requests are handled under the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Contact support@avbidsignal.com if you need assistance.
Intellectual property
Government notices and third-party source materials remain the property of their respective publishers. AV BidSignal retains rights in its software, design, organization, original summaries, scoring methods, and branding.
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.
Third-party services
The service links to government buyers, procurement portals, document hosts, authentication, email, and billing providers. Their services and content are governed by their own terms. AV BidSignal is not responsible for third-party availability, changes, security, or conduct.
Availability and changes
AV BidSignal may add, remove, suspend, or change features, sources, plans, and limits. Reasonable efforts are used to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. Material subscription changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or procurement outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AV BidSignal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for missed notices, deadlines, bid costs, source errors, unsuccessful proposals, or third-party conduct. AV BidSignal’s aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent allowed by law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. AV BidSignal may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or a material violation of these terms. Provisions that logically continue after termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and communicated when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
